چکیده

Abstract Introduction Sleep is a multiscale phenomenon. It has subjective and objective components often not highly correlated. Given the importance of brain networks for cognition evidence that sleep deprivation variability in habitual patterns affects Functional Connectivity (FC), we would expect be differentially related to markers sleep. As well as region specific studies, investigating effect measures across whole network interactions important. This study investigates whether overall FC from 3 Intrinsically Connected Networks (ICN); Default mode(DMN), Salience(SN) Central executive(CEN) quality questionnaire, diary data actigraphy metrics. Methods Magnetic Resonance Imaging acquired 32 healthy adults (right handed, 14 female, age 23-59 years). Regions interest (ROI) representing nodes ICN created separate 55 subjects (28 male, 25±4yrs). Seed-based analysis performed using in-house MATLAB code. Average all paired connections each calculated define mean FC. Two-way multiple factorial ANOVA split-plot with 2x3x6 design determine any interaction 6 (Pittsburgh index, efficiency, total time, wake after onset, efficiency) ICN. Pairwise comparisons significant univariate on linearly independent pairwise among estimated marginal means confirm between measures. Results No metrics tested, or quantitative (P=>0.05). Except efficiency (SSE) which demonstrated within subject (F(2,30) = 3.682, P 0.033, n2=0.109) CEN. Conclusion Significant findings SSE relation CEN demonstrate increased higher lower low SSE. Overall suggests changes chronic status (subjective quantitative) don’t involve FC, therefore believe them specific. Support (if any)
